Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

However, you may choose one of the following remedies if you are unhappy with your original purchase:

1. A free replacement file if there was a technical issue (corrupted file, wrong file delivered, etc.)
2. A discount code toward a future purchase as a goodwill gesture
3. A store credit in lieu of a cash refund.
